The main responsibility for the Sales and Expansion department is the implementation of marketing materials for stores, campaign papers, social media, webpage and other marketing channels. This department ensures that we have the best product with the best price at the right time.
In the Sales & Expansion department, you will be part of an international team that works closely together with other JYSK departments to improve our activities and reach our strategic goals.
Examples of tasks
The core responsibility of the Retail Development department is to define what each store should look like. We do this by providing descriptions of all store elements in the concept including fixtures, flooring, lighting, etc.
When working in Retail Development, your main goal will be to create a familiar and cozy environment for our customers and to inspire them how it could look in their own home.

The overall responsibility of the HR department is set strong teams by attracting talent to JYSK and retaining and developing the talent we have in our business.
As a HR colleague you will not only be responsible for the region, but also have a lot of different projects such as our employee satisfaction survey. A key focus for HR is to grow and improve the brand perception of JYSK as an employer in Ireland.
Examples of tasks
Our Finance department in Ireland consists of Salary, Retail Controlling, Reception, Internal Audit and Helpdesk. Part of the responsibility of the Finance department is to look into the detail of costs, preventing loss by following up on stock management and cash handling.
As a Finance colleague you will work closely with the stores, as you will support them with internal auditing, as well as IT.
